How our fees are charged

Our fees are charged per class, based on the number of classes scheduled to run during the term.

You will not be charged for public holidays or for any classes that are cancelled. Fees apply only to classes that take place at the studio (this does not include classes a student may miss).

If you choose to pay monthly, a payment plan will be set up to divide the total term fee into two or three equal monthly instalments, making fees easier to manage across the term.

Important information

To help things run smoothly throughout the year, please note the following:

• Fees can be paid via EFT or cash
• Monthly instalments are due upfront for the month
• Term fees are due within the first two weeks of term
• One month’s written notice is required if a student will be leaving classes
• Notice must be sent via email to accounts@uniquedance.co.za
• Fees are non-refundable should a student withdraw from classes
• If no notice is given, a cancellation fee equal to one month’s fees will be added to the account
